Submit
Manuscripts submitted to the Journal of Hanafi Studies (JHS) should be prepared in conformity with the initial set of guidelines located below. Authors whose papers are accepted for publication will be provided a detailed set of further guidelines to use when preparing their manuscripts for final submission.
- Articles must be in English and should not exceed 10,000 words (including main text, footnotes, tables, and figure captions).
- Submissions must be grammatically correct, idiomatic, and composed in good literary style. Authors who are not native speakers of English should have their work professionally edited before initial submission to the Journal.
- All submissions must include a 250-word abstract, five relevant keywords, and a cover e-mail or letter that includes the author’s name, academic discipline and institutional affiliation (if any), and mailing address.
